ABOUT

This is a personal archive of ideas that inspire me, make me reflect, are formative to my thinking and influence my frame of mind. Through my work with refugee children I became interested in the topic of resilience. What makes us get up again after hardship? What breaks us? How can resilience be strengthened? Perhaps some answers can be found. And if not, then questions can be asked that might lead us to a new place of thought.

Mia and Liam, you are my deepest loves. Perhaps you will find some thoughts here that resonate with you, too.
